1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched, it is considered final.

2. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
• Once the courier is on the way, cancellation may not be possible

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Incorrect items delivered
• Damaged products upon arrival
• Order cannot be fulfilled by us

Issues must be reported immediately upon delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds if:

• Customer is not available at delivery location
• Incorrect delivery details were provided

5. Delivery Conditions

Delivery times are estimated (typically within 30 minutes) and may vary due to traffic, weather, or demand.
Delays do not qualify for refunds.
